为探讨急性心肌梗死患者D-二聚体、肌钙蛋白及心肌酶谱联合检测的临床意义,选择30例健康者(对照组)和100例患者(病例组)进行D-二聚体、肌钙蛋白及心肌酶谱(AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB)检测,并把100例患者(病例组)分为3组,分别为36例AMI组,34例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组,30例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组。结果表明,AMI组及UAP组中D-二聚体、肌钙蛋白及心肌酶谱(AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB)的升高程度较SAP组和健康对照组显著增高(P〈0.05);AMI组肌钙蛋白(cTnT)较UAP组明显增高(P〈0.05);UAP组肌钙蛋白(cTnT)较对照组明显增高(P〈0.05);D-二聚体、肌钙蛋白及心肌酶谱(AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB)的升高程度与心肌梗死的面积正相关(P〈0.01)。提示D-二聚体、肌钙蛋白及心肌酶谱(AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB)联合检测有助于急性心肌梗死诊断的提高。  相似文献

运用代谢组学方法研究了三聚氰胺对儿童尿液代谢的影响.通过超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC/TOF-MS)法分析儿童尿样的代谢指纹图谱,质谱数据采用MarkerLynx软件处理,然后使用主成分分析和偏最小二乘判别分析法分析病例组和正常对照组之间的代谢物谱差异,并通过变量重要性投影(VIP)选取潜在的生物标志物,结合质谱同位素分析和数据库检索对潜在的生物标志物进行鉴定.结果表明,三聚氰胺通过肾结石导致的物理性损伤干扰了柠檬酸代谢.代谢组学法能够应用于三聚氰胺导致的代谢异常的研究及三聚氰胺导致肾损伤的无创检测.  相似文献

High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging using dedicated high-field radiofrequency micro-coils at 16.4 T (700 MHz) was investigated. Specific solenoid coils primarily using silver and copper as conductors with enamel and polyurethane coatings were built to establish which coil configuration produces the best image. Image quality was quantified using signal-to-noise ratio and signal variation over regions of interest. Benchmarking was conducted using 5-mm diameter coils, as this size is comparable to an established coil of the same size. Our 1.4-mm-diameter coils were compared directly to each other, from which we deduce performance as a function of conductor material and coating. A variety of materials and conductor coatings allowed us to choose an optimal design, which we used to image a kidney section at 10-micron resolution. We applied zero-fill extrapolation to achieve 5-micron resolution.  相似文献

There are various organic and inorganic constituents in kidney stones. Among them, calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) is the primary inorganic constituent of kidney stones. However, the mechanisms of formation of kidney stones are not well understood. In this regard, a basic study is carried out for better understanding of nucleation, crystal growth and/or aggregation of formed COM crystals. The primary nucleation of calcium oxalate monohydrate is studied at the laboratory scale using turbidity measurements. Calcium chloride and potassium oxalate solutions are mixed and then added to a Turbidimeter tube for continuous recording of turbidity. Induction time (time to induce formation of detectable crystals) is estimated from time‐turbidity graphs. The effect of some urinary species, such as oxalate and calcium, on nucleation and crystallization characteristics of COM is determined by particle size distribution analysis, measuring weight of crystals and calculation of relative supersaturation. The classical nucleation theory is applied at high supersaturation ratios (SR) ranging from 1.6 to 2.2. The results indicate that nucleation rate increases with increasing supersaturation ratio from 0.81 × 1028 nuclei/cm3.sec at 1.6 SR, to 18.02 × 1028 nuclei/cm3.sec at 2.2 SR. On the other hand, free energy change and radius of critical nucleus are decreased as supersaturation ratio is increased. The nucleation rates are higher than those reported in literature. 为研究重金属对海洋生物的毒性影响及敏感性, 本文以海水模式鱼—–海水青鳉(Oryzias melastigma)为对象, 分析4种代表性海水重金属污染物铜、镉、铅、汞对其胚胎发育和仔鱼生长期的24h急性毒性. 结果显示: 海水青鳉发育阶段对4种重金属离子都很敏感, 且都产生明显毒性影响. Hg2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+对海水青鳉胚胎发育期24h LC50最低值分别为2.34μg?L-1 (I期)、0.72mg?L-1 (IV期)、22.65μg?L-1 (I期)、27.32μg?L-1 (I期), 对青鳉胚胎发育毒性大小的排序为Hg2+>Pb2+>Cd2+>Cu2+. Hg2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+对海水青鳉仔鱼期24h LC50最低值分别为0.018 mg?L-1 (7日龄)、0.48mg?L-1 (8日龄)、1.87mg?L-1 (6日龄)、1.86mg?L-1 (5日龄), 对青鳉仔鱼毒性大小的排序为Hg2+>Cu2+>Cd2+>Pb2+. 由此得出重金属对海水模式鱼的胚胎和仔鱼发育的敏感期, 并经实验得到其最低敏感浓度, 也为进一步开展海水重金属的生物监测提供了参考依据.  相似文献

青光眼是世界上第一大不可逆致盲眼病.其病变与眼内压直接相关,控制眼内压是目前控制青光眼发展的唯一有效途径,但发病的确切机制尚未明确.现已证实,青光眼的原发部位是巩膜筛板:由筛板前后分别承受的眼内压与颅内压产生的压力差会导致筛板结构与形态发生变化,进而挤压穿过筛板的视觉神经,造成视觉神经损伤,产生不可逆的视觉损失.因此,青光眼的发病机理与筛板的力学特性及其周围的力学环境密切相关.自从筛板被确定为青光眼视神经损害的原发部位,筛板便成为该领域的研究热点.其中,通过建立筛板力学模型,研究眼内压与颅内压作用下筛板的受力变形,进而分析筛板变形对视神经的损伤,有助于揭示青光眼视神经损伤机制及青光眼的发病机理.本文将从相关实验、理论和计算以及临床等方面介绍青光眼发病机理中筛板变形的研究进展以及目前存在的问题.   相似文献

We have investigated different surface functionalization methods to immobilize CD19 antibody on gold surface to capture B lymphoblast cells associated with the acute lymphoblastic leukemia disease. Quartz Crystal Microbalance measurements were performed to analyze the binding kinetics of each layer and determine the optimum method, which results in higher cell capture rates. The random orientation of antibody and oriented antibody through protein G was investigated and protein G presence resulted in 15,2 Hz frequency shift for 104 cells/mL. The 3‐mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS) and 11‐Mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA) coatings of gold surface together with 4‐(N‐Maleimidomethyl)cyclohexane‐1‐carboxylic acid 3‐sulfo‐N‐hydroxysuccinimide ester sodium salt (Sulfo‐SMCC) and N‐Ethyl‐N’‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC)/N‐hydroxysulfosuccinimide (NHS) linker layers were tested on QCM for protein G and antibody binding. The results indicate that MUA, EDC/NHS, protein G, antibody CD19 is the optimum surface modification among the tested combinations. By using the optimum surface functionalization method, minimum 103 cell per mL was measured as 1.9 Hz frequency shift.  相似文献

The demand for nanoparticles is increasing day by day due to their wide range of applications in various areas including pharmaceutical industry. Nanoparticles are formally synthesized by chemical methods in which the toxic and flammable chemicals are used. Synthesis of nanoparticles from various biological systems has been reported, but among all, biosynthesis of nanoparticles from plants is considered as the most suitable method. The current study confirms the potential of aqueous extract of Melissa officinalis grown under in vitro condition for the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Also, we revealed the cytotoxicity, antioxidant, and anti-acute myeloid leukemia effects of AgNPs compared to mitoxantrone in a leukemic mouse model. The synthesized AgNPs were characterized using several techniques including UV–Vis., FT-IR, TEM, FE-SEM, and EDS. In vivo experiment, induction of acute myeloid leukemia was done by DMBA in 75 mice. The obtained results were fed into SPSS-22 software and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. By quantitative real-time PCR, S1PR1 and S1PR5 mRNA expression in lymphocytes were significantly (p ≤ 0.01) increased by treating the leukemic mice with the AgNPs and mitoxantrone. Also, AgNPs similar to mitoxantrone, significantly (p ≤ 0.01) enhanced the platelet, lymphocyte, and RBC parameters and the anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL4, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNα) and reduced the total WBC, blast, monocyte, neutrophil, eosinophil, and basophil counts and the pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL1, IL6, IL12, IL18, IFNY, and TNFα) as compared to the untreated mice. In vitro experiment, AgNPs similar to mitoxantrone had low cell viability dose-dependently against murine C1498, human HL-60/vcr, and 32D-FLT3-ITD cell lines without any cytotoxicity on HUVEC cell line. Furthermore, the DPPH assay showed similar antioxidant potentials for AgNPs and mitoxantrone. Above results approve the excellent anti-acute myeloid leukemia, cytotoxicity, and antioxidant properties of AgNPs compared to mitoxantrone.  相似文献
